The Avairis Complete EMR 3 is ONC-HIT 2014 Complete Ambulatory EHR certified. Certification
was granted on December 13th, 2015 after following rigorous and thorough testing against the following ONC
approved test procedures by ICSA Labs, an Accredited Test Lab (ATL):

One of the requirements of ONC Certification is that we must inform customers (or perspective customers) of any additional
costs that may be incurred if they choose to use our system as part of their solution to achieve meaninful use. We understand
that not all medical practices are the same and we're willing to structure a pricing policy that works best for the given
situation. Depending on that structure, there may be additional charges for the following:
- Licensing for the Avairis Complete EMR system. This may be a one-time fee or an annual fee and is usually based on the number of providers using the system.
- Implementation. This is usually a one-time fee and varies, depending on whether the customer chooses to self-host the system or they choose to allow us to host it in our secure data center.
- Training. Typically, some amount of training will be included in the implementation but additional training may incur additional costs.
- Support & Maintenance. This is based on an annual contract usually paid in monthly installments. There may be discounts available if the entire annual fee is paid at the beginning of the year.
- Interface setup and support. Interfaces to other systems (PACS, Transcription, Labs, etc...) or third-parties (RHIOs, Syndromic Surveillance, Cancer Registries, SMS gateway, etc...) usually include a one-time fee for setup and can effect the support and maintenance fee listed above.
- Third party services. There may be costs associated with third parties for services such as ePrescribing.
- Customizations. The customer may elect to have us provide custom programming to streamline processes within their practice.

The Avairis Complete EHR is specifically designed for use by Mammography centers. While many features
within the system will work for any type of medical practice, we are only marketing and supporting it as
a solution for Mammography centers.
